Housekeeping Room attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, following established standards. Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are properly stocked. Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets and mopping hard surfaces to maintain cleanliness. Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with guests. Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy. Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial services is highly desirable. Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
