Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas, including resident rooms and common areas Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards Monitor cleaning quality to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for cleanliness and hygiene Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and promoting teamwork Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial management within assisted living facilities, hotels or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning tools, laundry procedures, and janitorial practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire high performance Experience with assisted living facility operations or hospitality industry standards is required Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties when necessary and conduct inspections Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will elevate resident experiences through impeccable cleanliness!
