Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all areas of the property. Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and custodial facilities regularly to guarantee quality standards are met or exceeded. Manage scheduling, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity to optimize operational efficiency. Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment, ensuring cost-effective usage. Enforce health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment operation. Address guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction. Experience Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial cleaning environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and custodial responsibilities. Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and guest service excellence. Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols related to custodial work. Demonstrated leadership in managing schedules, inventories, and quality control processes.
