PM Schedule:

3-5 days per week Initial schedule will begin at 3 days per week, transitioning to 5 days per week during maternity leave coverage Position Summary The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to brand standards while leading and supporting the housekeeping team. This role oversees daily operations, monitors quality and productivity, conducts inspections, and ensures rooms are guest-ready on time. The Supervisor works closely with housekeeping leadership and other departments to maintain high service standards, proper inventory levels, and a positive guest experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who leads by example, provides coaching and support to team members, addresses issues promptly, and assists with cleaning duties as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support room attendants as needed Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met Lead, train, coach, and hold housekeeping staff accountable for performance and productivity Ensure rooms are completed and ready for guest arrivals in a timely manner Maintain housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and organization of storage areas Communicate effectively with front desk, maintenance, and management teams regarding room status and guest needs Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures Assist with room cleaning and housekeeping duties during busy periods or staffing shortages Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling needs
