In this role, you will oversee the Club's daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring our facilities consistently reflect a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, training, quality inspections, inventory management, and supporting team accountability while working closely with the Director of Facilities and other departments. Responsibilities Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry team members in daily operations. Assist with employee training, onboarding, coaching, and performance management. Monitor staffing needs and communicate operational requirements to the Director of Facilities. Conduct routine inspections of Club facilities, locker rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met. Ensure all housekeeping tasks are completed thoroughly, efficiently, and on schedule. Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary facilities through routine cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep. Oversee proper organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, carts, tools, and work areas. Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping and laundry supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed. Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and OSHA standards. Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate concerns to the appropriate department. Assist with special projects, deep cleaning initiatives, Club events, and other operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and safe chemical handling preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
