Housekeeping Supervisor:

Oversees staff, supervising the maintenance and sanitation of a healthcare community. Provides ongoing training, providing direction to both the environmental and laundry staff. Observes and makes recommendations for building improvements (such as painting, repairs, etc.) and submits work orders. Ensures adherence to the Quality Assurance goals and standards, establishing organized processes and procedures for the team to follow. Leads with the organization's values, exemplifying customer service, teamwork, servant-leadership, and respect for all individuals .

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare facility, including knowledge of Housekeeping and Laundry Operations. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs. Prefer a minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisor role. We are an equal opportunity employer.
