Housekeeping Supervisor/Lead

Do you have High energy? The Comfort Inn & Suites Mt Iron MN is looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in leading a hard-working team of room attendants. The Lead Housekeeping Supervisor will communicate regularly with the Executive Housekeeper & General Manager and will assist and mentor the housekeeping staff to assure a clean, orderly, attractive and safe working environment while providing an exceptional guest experience. This is a physically demanding position, and requires flexibility in scheduling. The Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor will assist in hiring, training, evaluating and developing a team of room attendants that provide first-in-class guest service and satisfaction. Qualifications Assist in Hiring, develop, inspire and assist in leading the housekeeping team to achieve established cleanliness standards Assist in Hiring, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to exceed every guest's expectations Work closely with the Exec. Housekeeper & General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations Clearly communicate expectations to all housekeeping associates, holding yourself and other accountable Operate the hotel as if it was your own Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates

Position Requirements:

Mix of weekends and weekdays. Track record of successful Hospitality Management/supervisory experience Experience using online vendor ordering Familiar with Microsoft Excel 1 Year Housekeeping Supervisory Experience Maintaining Supplies and Labor budget We offer a very competitive compensation and benefits package including Quarterly Bonus Health, Life, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401-K A great work environment. $16
