Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Cleanliness:

Ensure all public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, are clean and presentable at all times.

Assist Housekeeping Staff:

Provide support to housekeeping team by collecting and distributing linens, removing trash, and restocking supplies.

Set Up and Break Down Event Spaces:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for meetings, conferences, and events.

Guest Assistance:

Respond to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Maintenance Reporting:

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department to ensure prompt resolution.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. Adhere to

Health and Safety Standards:

Follow hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a housekeeping or custodial role preferred. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a hotel environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Standing, walking, bending, and lifting are required for extended periods.
