We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Club Wyndham Long Wharf and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Clean and Sanitize:

Ensure assigned areas of the resort, including common areas, restrooms, and ancillary spaces, are clean and well-maintained.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Sweep and mop floors; wipe furniture, walls, doors, windows, tables, and other surfaces.

Replenish Supplies:

Remove trash and replenish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Monitor and Maintain:

Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas.

Stock and Organize:

Efficiently stock and organize closets to support operations.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.

Physical Requirements Mobility:

Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach continuously throughout a shift.

Lifting:

Capable of pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lbs.) on both tile and carpeted floors.

Chemical Handling:

Must handle cleaning chemicals, including bleach, wax, and disinfectants.

Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating equipment necessary for essential job functions.
