Supervision, Leadership, and Community Development- 35% Supervise graduate assistants and student staff, develop student leadership programs, and support community-building initiatives. Housing Operations and Budget Management
- 20% Oversee area budgets, payroll, occupancy management, maintenance requests, and financial accountability. Student Engagement and Success
- 15% Provide student support, track at-risk alerts, maintain daily student contact, and collaborate with campus partners. Student Conduct and Crisis Management
- 15% Serve as a hearing officer, manage student conflicts, enforce policies, and participate in the HRL on-call duty rotation. Staff Recruitment, Training, and Development
- 10% Recruit, train, and supervise graduate and student staff while coordinating professional development programs. Special Projects and Summer Programs
- 5% Manage summer camps or Heart program, assist with orientation events, and oversee special housing initiatives.
Employment is contingent upon:
