We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Manager of Men's Sober Living Housing to lead the development, management, and growth of supportive housing programs designed to foster recovery and independence. HOUSING MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Housing Manager for Men's Sober Living Residences provides daily oversight and direction to the daily operations and procedures of the sober living houses.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the Daytime and Evening House Supervisors in the sober living houses.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Retrieves and reports all cash deposits from the houses. Verifies and files all Recovery Works paperwork. Monitors and updates the Housing Spreadsheet of all cash flow, deposits, and work credits. Maintains the current status of Bed Boards in client management software. All administrative needs for Probation Officers. All administrative needs for clients. Ensures all daily operational and administrative tasks are completed by Housing Supervisors. Hires, trains, and provides ongoing management of Housing Supervisors. Assist in all capital projects. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven management experience in behavioral health or social services settings with a focus on sober living or residential programs. Excellent relationship management skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Prior experience in administrative functions such as budgeting, compliance monitoring, and report writing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Google products or related software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
HS Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Three to five years of experience in a management role preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Pay:
$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
