Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas following established standards. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure safety and visual appeal. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines. Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards within assigned areas. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to promote a hygienic environment for guests and staff. Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and industrial cleaning tasks when required. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality-related roles preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks efficiently. Prior experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
