HR Administrative Assistant

Overview:

Carolina Poly, Inc. in Chester, SC, is currently seeking an HR Assistant. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager. Carolina Poly produces several lines of plastic products, including high-quality trash bags and construction films. Carolina Poly is a new facility that is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

HR Assistants at Carolina Poly perform HR related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, day-to-day handling of confidential employee files, heavy data entry, filing, and screening phone calls. This role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management. A successful candidate must be able to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess: 1-3 years in Human Resources is preferred. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish languages would be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
