HR ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Administrator will monitor and respond to HR-related emails in a timely and professional manner Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information Assist employees with questions related to benefits, policies, and procedures The HR Administrator will support the development and communication of HR processes and standards Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system The HR Administrator will provide general administrative support to the HR team

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HR ADMINISTRATOR ROLE

Prior exposure to Human Resources through coursework, internship, or work experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow within HR Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office preferred EB-1269440181
