We are seeking a detail-oriented andanized HR Administrator to support our clients transition from Paylocity to Rippling. This role will assist with HR operations, employee data management, onboarding workflows, payroll coordination, and system implementation activities during the migration process. The ideal candidate has experience with HRIS systems, payroll administration, employee records management, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors. Rippling experience is a must, experience with system transitions and payroll is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Assist with migration from Paylocity to Rippling, including employee data validation, imports, and testing. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and ensure employee data integrity. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows within Rippling. Assist with benefits administration and employee status changes. Perform HRIS audits, reporting, and troubleshooting. Supportpliance with federal, state, andpany HR policies. Respond to employee HR and payroll-related inquiries. Qualifications 2+ years of HR administration or HR coordinator experience. Experience with HRIS/payroll systems; Rippling experience is a must. Paylocity experience is a plus. Experience with ERP or similar software systems transitions are highly preferred. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Stronganizational andmunication skills. Experience supporting payroll, onboarding, or HR operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with HRIS implementation or system migration projects. Familiarity with payroll audits and benefits administration. Knowledge of multi-state payroll andpliance.
