All On-site Job Description Shift Hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm Interview are
Required Must Haves:
1. Administrative 2. Collaborative communication 3. File creation and organization
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Contractor to support the Human Resource staff with administrative duties in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities including file creation, maintenance, and retention in addition to mailing, shipping, and errands.
  • Prioritize daily routines and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of administrative support, customer service, HR and/or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
