- HR Business Partner
- to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on handling all HR matters for assigned locations or area of Nevada State Bank. Traveling to our various locations throughout the state of Nevada will be required. This position is 5 days in-office at our corporate office located in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
- + Has responsibility for handling all HR matters for an assigned division or area of the company.
Qualifications:
- + Typically requires a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business or a related field and minimum 2+ years experience in employee relations, employee retention, human resource process and procedures, unemployment, workers compensation, FMLA, local, state and federal laws and requirements or other directly related experience.
