Job Description

Company Overview Signal Peak Silica, LLC (SPS), headquartered in Houston, TX, is a leading manufacturer and reseller of high quality frac sand. Operating first-class production facilities located in Poteet and Carrizo Springs, Texas, to serve the Eagle Ford and Oakwood and Dover, Oklahoma, to serve the SCOOP/STACK and other Midcontinent formations. SPS is focused on providing premium frac sand in close proximity to its customers, while also being committed to protecting the health and safety of its employees and the communities it serves. Position Summary We are currently seeking a Human Resources Clerk (Entry-Level) for our facility in Oakwood, OK . The HR Clerk (Entry-Level) provides basic administrative support to the Human Resources team while gaining hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures.
Essential Functions:
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork and collecting required documents
  • Maintain and organize employee files (electronic and paper) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Assist with benefits enrollment processes and documentation
  • File and track HR documents such as PTO request, disciplinary actions, and policy acknowledgments
  • Help prepare basic HR reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, scanning, copying, data entry) Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required;
  • 2+ years of administrative or office experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
