HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator Central Power Systems & Serivces $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly United States, Missouri, Platte City May 15, 2026 Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields. 2-4 years of HR experience preferred. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Certifications:

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or

SHRM-SCP

certification is a plus

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

Office environment with minimal travel for training or incident investigations. May require extended hours during peak periods. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
