HR Generalist

An HR Generalist with ADP payroll experience manages full-cycle payroll, employee data, benefits administration, and compliance using ADP systems (e.g., Workforce Now, RUN). Key responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and supporting employee relations. This role requires 3-5 years of HR experience and high proficiency in ADP.

Key Responsibilities ADP Payroll Processing:

Execute end-to-end bi-weekly payroll, including deductions, garnishments, timekeeping review, and auditing to ensure accuracy.

HRIS Management:

Maintain employee records, data accuracy, and compliance updates within the ADP system.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

Manage the employee lifecycle, including facilitating new hire orientations and processing terminations.

Benefits Administration:

Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and vendor coordination.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Generate HR analytics, including turnover and headcount reports.

Employee Relations:

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and policy clarification.

Hiring:

Find potential candidates and set up interviews with Plant hiring managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

3-5 years in Human Resources with a focus on payroll processing.

Technology:

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or ADP RUN.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance.

Skills:

Strong Excel skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Pay:

$59,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
