River City Personnel We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist with a background in warehouse operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in the field and a strong understanding of HR best practices, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for warehouse staff, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to warehouse staff Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to warehouse staff Coordinate and conduct training programs for warehouse employees on topics such as safety, compliance, and best practices Collaborate with warehouse management to address staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained Assist with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on warehouse operations Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, particularly as they relate to the warehouse industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a motivated and experienced HR professional with a passion for warehouse operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
