This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their HR career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and onboarding for warehouse associates Support new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork Maintain employee records and HR documentation Help answer employee HR-related questions and provide support Assist with timecard review and payroll-related administrative tasks Support employee relations and workplace communication efforts Coordinate with temporary staffing partners as needed Maintain OSHA and safety-related documentation and training records Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Work closely with supervisors and management to support employee engagement and retention Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Candidates early in their HR career are encouraged to apply Previous internship, administrative, customer service, or office experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish required due to regular communication with Spanish-speaking employees and applicants Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems Work Environment Combination office and warehouse environment Fast-paced distribution setting Equal Opportunity Employer On Target Staffing and its client are Equal Opportunity Employers.
