The Human Resource Generalist will focus on benefits administration, FMLA coordination, and supporting employees with HR policies and leave processes. Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans
• Manage FMLA, short-term disability, and leave of absence requests ensuring compliance
• Serve as the HR contact for employee benefit questions and enrollment support
• Maintain accurate HR documentation related to benefits and leave cases
• Assist with onboarding and general HR administrative support Human Resource Generalist Qualifications
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Experience with benefits administration and FMLA
• Strong organization and confidentiality skills
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Human Resource Generalist Compensation

Salary:

$52,000 – $60,000 annually
