The Human Resource Generalist will focus on employee relations, labor compliance, and supporting leadership with workplace policies and HR best practices. Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities

• Support labor relations matters , including employee concerns and workplace investigations
• Assist leadership with employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policy guidance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with disciplinary processes when needed
• Partner with management to support a positive and compliant workplace environment Human Resource Generalist Qualifications
• 2+ years of HR experience with exposure to employee or labor relations
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills

Salary:

$50,000 – $65,000 annually
