Job Description

•About the
Role:
•The Leadership Development Partner designs and delivers programs that build leadership capability across the organization. This role facilitates impactful learning experiences (virtual and in-person), partners with stakeholders to identify development needs, and implements solutions that strengthen current and future leaders. + Design and deliver engaging leadership programs across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats using adult learning principles + Develop and execute leadership programs aligned with organizational goals and leadership frameworks + Partner with stakeholders to assess needs and address leadership skill gaps + Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve content using data, feedback, and evaluation tools + Coach and support leaders and internal facilitators to strengthen program delivery + Manage end-to-end program operations (enrollment, communications, materials, facilitation, and reporting) + Utilize LMS to track participation, assess needs, and report outcomes + Maintain vendor relationships and manage program budgets effectively + Oversee course logistics (rosters, attendance, materials, scheduling) + Monitor enrollment trends and drive engagement through targeted outreach + Stay current on leadership development trends and apply best practices + Support administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency •
About You:
•+ Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Master's degree preferred + 5+ years of strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences + Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs + Knowledge of leadership frameworks and adult learning principles + Proficiency with LMS platforms and training tools + Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness + Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment + Certification in coaching or learning & development (e.g., ICF, ATD, CCL, CPTD) + Travel will be required for training sessions, workshops, and meetings The base pay range for this role is $85,000.00 to $120,000.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process. •
