Job Description

HR Technology & Shared Services Leader Location:
Granger, Indiana (Fully Onsite)
Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000
Role Summary:
Lead HR technology, analytics, and shared services functions to drive efficient, data-driven HR operations. Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize systems, enhance service delivery, and support organizational strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred) Strong leadership and team development capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Change management and process improvement mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience:
7–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles Experience managing HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP) Proven track record leading HR system implementations and upgrades Experience with HR shared services models and service delivery optimization Background in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making #
