Job Summary Entry level Full-time Mid-size company HR, Office & Property Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a highly organized and people-oriented HR, Office & Property Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on variety, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and enjoys keeping many moving parts running smoothly. You'll touch everything from HR and payroll to property management and event planning — making a real impact across the organization every day.
HUMAN RESOURCES & PAYROLL
Support recruiting efforts including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with company policy. Process payroll on a regular cycle, including commission checks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance enrollments, changes, and renewals. Manage Roth IRA contributions Track PTO, attendance, and Upwork contractor time to support accurate payroll and compliance.
EXECUTIVE & OFFICE MANAGEMENT
Provide executive support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence. Manage office supply orders and inventory, ensuring the workplace is always well-stocked and organized. Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and facilities. Plan and coordinate the annual holiday party and other special company events Help foster a positive, welcoming office environment for employees and visitors alike.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Support residential property management operations, including tenant communication, lease tracking, and maintenance coordination. Assist with commercial tenant management including rent collection, lease administration, and tenant relations. Maintain organized property records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tenant matters. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repair requests.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR, Business Administration, or Real Estate background is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with employees, tenants, and vendors. High degree of discretion when handling payroll, benefits, financial, and tenant information. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , payroll, or property management software is a bonus. Familiarity with Upwork or contractor time-tracking platforms is a plus.
