Responsibilities About the Team The E-commerce R&D team is looking for an HR Project Coordinator to support a variety of HR projects amidst the rapid growth of the E-commerce R&D team, focusing on areas such as office arrangements, immigration compliance, enhancing employee experience, and event coordination.

Responsibilities Project Coordination:

Support various HR projects; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include seat allocation, immigration request coordination, employee experience initiatives, and event planning.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with communications regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges.

Employee Experience:

Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Event Coordination:

Assist with coordinating company events to enhance team cohesion and company culture.

Reporting and Analysis:

Collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within HR or related domains. Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach to supporting employees and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, including immigration regulations. Flexibility to changes or urgent requests. Strong operational and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
