Full-Time Pay:

$23-$26/hour depending on experience Looking to grow your career in HR and Recruiting? Nelbud is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Assistant to support our recruiting and onboarding operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes moving, communicating with candidates, and supporting a growing field operations team. This role primarily supports high-volume hiring for entry-level technician positions while assisting with onboarding coordination and day-to-day HR support. What You'll Do Review and screen applications for entry-level technician positions Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling and onboarding steps Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for approval Monitor onboarding progress and ensure candidates complete required tasks Respond to incoming HR and recruiting-related inquiries Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records Assist with interview scheduling and calendar coordination What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable communicating professionally with candidates, employees, and managers Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience with recruiting, HR support, customer service, or administrative work Experience with ADP Workforce NOW is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Growth opportunities Supportive and team-oriented environment PTO and paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match This position is primarily remote; however, candidates located near one of our shop locations are welcome to work on-site if preferred Why Nelbud?
