Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new/re hire information or changes in employment status. Own the employee personnel file transition from paper to electronic. Regularly update the employee work records. Provide administrative support to the HR Director and Generalist. Demonstrate professional and quality customer service. Maintain personnel records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Helps new employees with new hire packets, onboarding, and adjusting to company culture. Help Benefits Specialist in the distribution of employee uniforms. Payroll Change Notice (PCN) tracking and verification. Practice and always maintain confidentiality.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum two years clerical/administrative experience in a similar sized organization. Must have good organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent phone etiquette. Must be proficient with MS Office. Must have good written communication skills. Previous Human Resources experience is preferred, but will train the right person.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Associates Degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required) Must be reliable. Must be able to multi-task. Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test. Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License.
