Job Description
An HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Technician ensures workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and accident prevention by conducting site inspections, enforcing protocols, and providing safety training. Key Responsibilities Inspections:
Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify hazards and verify adherence to safety regulations.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA).Incident Investigation:
Investigate accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.Training & Education:
Lead safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.Equipment & PPE:
Inspect personal protective equipment (PPE), emergency equipment, and safety systems.Documentation:
