Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Complete all new hire documentation in compliance with states and government regulations Monitor the status of associates on leave of absence, including workers compensation Ensure that timely and accurate distribution of associate related communications Process benefit enrollment, changes, termination with the benefit providers Organize, maintain and update personnel files Data entry of new employees' information Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with all Tzu Chi employees Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Assist to manage payroll processing and time card management Assist to maintain an understanding of policies, procedures and regulations relevant to human resources Assist to follow up on performance improvement plans and work on any compliance issues Assist to investigate reports and resolve associate complaints and issues Researches various types of grants available and the criteria to qualify for each Drafts and completes grant applications according to application requirements Coordinates the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects funded by grants. Perform all other duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:
1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. 2.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 3.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. 5.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. 7.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 8.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. 9.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 10.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.Education:
