Day Shift, 40
Hours Per Week Weekends:

Human Resource Generalist Summary:
As the Human Resource Generalist, you will be a vital member of a dynamic team responsible for… The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department through the administration of HR programs, policies, procedures, and employee services. This role partners with leaders and employees to support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, leave administration, compensation, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Generalist will demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and employee relations skills with the ability to build credibility and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. This individual will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis, advanced Canva skills for developing recruitment and communication materials, and a strong understanding of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO. The Human Resource Generalist must be adaptable to changing priorities, demonstrate effective presentation and training skills, and support healthcare recruitment practices and regulatory compliance.
Human Resource Generalist Education and Experience Requirements:
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain job-specific competencies. Demonstrate flexibility in work schedules to support departmental and organizational needs. Demonstrates efforts to maintain and improve job specific competencies. Incorporates new knowledge into practice Maintain knowledge of departmental and organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of workplace safety, fire safety, hazardous communication programs, and organizational compliance standards. Plan, implement/lead activities related to fostering organization wide knowledge and compliance of the JCAHO Human Resource Chapter, including preparation of Report to the governing Body. Promote the mission, vision, values, and culture of the organization through positive employee engagement and service excellence. Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Human Resource Generalist Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree and
PHR/SHRM
certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and 3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience preferred. Healthcare HR/recruitment experience strongly preferred.
