Recruitment:

Handle resume screening, interviewing, and background checks; coordinate with staffing agencies for temporary needs.

Onboarding:

Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure all paperwork (tax documents, I-9, E-verify) is complete.

Serve as a liaison for benefit inquiries and assist with open enrollment; facilitate smooth leave management transitions.

Compliance:
