Human Resources Assistant

Local family owned Petaluma based Manufacturing and Distribution Company is seeking a Human Resources/ Safety professional to help support and expand our current HR/ Safety Program. This position is full time Monday thru Friday 830am - 5pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in processing payroll, including timecard review and final payroll submission Comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for needed HR Documents Updating current HR and Safety documents Assist in creating, implementing, and tracking Safety trainings Assist in employee onboardings / terminations Assist in employment relations issues, complaints/ harassment allegations Maintaining Employee records Assist in

Degree and/or training certificates or equivalent work experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in High Level Administration Assistance Ability to multitask and work independently as well as with a team Strong Interpersonal skills Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
