We're looking for a people-first, systems-savvy HRBP who can balance the human side of HR with the technical side (think HRIS + payroll ownership). You'll be embedded in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with leadership and making real-time impact.

3+ years in HR Strong HRIS + payroll experience Manufacturing background (or similar fast-paced environment) Bilingual English/Spanish? Huge plus
