• Full-time Join our team and make a difference! Rio Vista Post Acute and Rehab is seeking an organized and people-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities
• The position includes, but no limited to: Support day-to-day HR operations, including new hire onboarding, and orientation Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or request.

Assist with routinely auditing of compliance paperwork, including Fingerprint card, CPR card, professional license, TB, among other items. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee relations. Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation. Assist with performance management procedures. Assist with orientations and update records of new staff. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files. Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or post-acute care Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Will you pledge to live CAPLICO?
