Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and support organizational growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic planning, workforce management, and employee development initiatives that align with our company's mission to empower our people. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation, and retirement plans using platforms like ADP or Paychex. Support employee evaluation and performance management processes to promote continuous development and engagement. Facilitate employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor law standards such as OSHA and FMLA regulations. Assist in HRIS data collection, entry, and reporting to support strategic planning and organizational design initiatives. Coordinate training & development sessions, succession planning efforts, and affirmative action planning to foster a diverse and skilled workforce. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Workday. Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures. Demonstrated ability in project management, change management, and strategic planning within HR functions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially. Experience with HR sourcing tools like Taleo or Lever is preferred; familiarity with payroll systems such as Kronos or Paychex is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping tasks.
