Job Description
About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values compliance and consistency, and is passionate about building a strong, positive workplace culture. What You'll Do The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations while acting as a culture champion and compliance partner.
Responsibilities include:
Culture & Engagement Serve as a "culture warrior" by promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace Support onboarding programs to create an exceptional new hire experience Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication effort. Compliance & Risk Management Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation Support HR processes in alignment with federal, state, and company policies Assist with audits, reporting, and tracking required trainings, licenses, and certifications Partner with HR leadership on policy implementation and compliance initiatives Organization & Coordination Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle activities Maintain HRIS data integrity and ensure timely updates Track and manage deadlines, reports, and HR workflows Provide administrative and operational support to HR leadership and site leadersWhat We're Looking For Core Strengths:
