Job Description

Job Introduction About the Role The Human Resources Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function, with a strong focus on payroll processing, employee records management, and HR systems administration. This role ensures accurate employee lifecycle activities, and assists with compliance, benefits administration, and HR reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Providing support to the People and Culture Team, working closely with Business Partners, the HR Systems and the Payroll Department. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and system setup Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, and HR policies Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information Assist with employee communications, training coordination, and HR projects Support audits, benefits, and regulatory compliance audits About You You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You bring a strong sense of accountability, discretion, and professionalism to everything you do, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You enjoy supporting both employees and leadership, acting as a reliable point of contact for HR-related questions and processes. You have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Key Requirements:
Experience with ADP Workforce Now required, including employee data management and timekeeping support Ability to serve as backup support for payroll processing when needed Strong knowledge of HR administrative processes, including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits coordination Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and managers at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Understanding of federal and state employment regulations; knowledge of Massachusetts employment practices preferred High level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience Requirements Three years' experience working in semiconductor or manufacturing.
