  • 180K | Only For US Citizen OR Green Card Requires Knowledge of Bilingual Language English & Spanish We are seeking candidates with at least 9-10 years of experience as an HR Manager or Assistant HR Manager OR Equivalent who are motivated to advance their careers and grow into an HR Director role to lead all Human Resources functions for a manufacturing organization.
This role will partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business goals while overseeing employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, onboarding, and training.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement HR strategies and policies
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and compliance
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention efforts
  • Advise leadership on compensation, benefits, and workforce planning
  • Conduct HR trainings including harassment prevention and ethics
  • Ensure compliance with federal employment laws
  • Supervise HR operations and staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of state/federal employment laws and HR practices
  • Experience handling employee investigations and employee relations matters
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bilingual English & Spanish required
  • Have some Prior Experience in Aerospace/Defence or Manufacturing Industries.
