Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support and consultation to managers and employees. This role partners with HR leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals while supporting employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor s degree required 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or employee relations role Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities Experience with HR systems and reporting tools Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures Support employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes Assist with recruitment, workforce planning, and job description updates Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and HR programs in collaboration with HR teams Maintain compliance with employment laws and organizational policies Support organizational changes, restructuring, and communication efforts Generate HR reports and track workforce metrics (turnover, staffing, etc.) Maintain accurate HR records and documentation using HR systems (e.g., Workday)
