Job Description
Human Resources Generalist Partners with the corporate management team and support bank employees.
Employee Relations:
Address and take employee requests, conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.Talent Management:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. Process bi-weekly payroll.Performance Management:
Support performance review processes, provide coaching and feedback, and help develop performance improvement plans.Strategic Partnering:
Work with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide insights and recommendations on HR matters.HR Metrics:
Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provides onboarding of new employees, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and providing information such as compensation, benefits, and the opportunities for promotion. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Human Resource systems experience. Stays up to date on legal standards and guidelines such as EEO and the protections for workers with disabilities.Qualifications:
3-5 years HR Generalist experience within a corporate environment. Banking or financial experience a big plus. Bachelor's degree in human resources or related a big plus.Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:
