- Support managers and employees across the agency while helping strengthen retention, engagement, and employee experience. Collaborative Team Partnership
- Work closely with leadership, supervisors, and staff across departments to provide HR guidance and support. Compliance & Systems-Level Support
- Help ensure strong HR practices through onboarding audits, policy support, leave administration, benefits, workers' compensation, and employment compliance. Retirement & Long-Term Security

CT FMLA, CT
Paid Leave, Short-Term Disability, and personal leaves of absence. Assist with employee injury reports, workers' compensation claims, occupational health coordination, restricted duty accommodations, and requiredOSHA/BLS
reporting. Work closely with managers and employees to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention. Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee experience initiatives in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support HR operations and agency success. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Prior HR Generalist or related HR experience preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration. Strong communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Ability to collaborate effectively with managers, employees, and external partners. Experience in nonprofit, education, behavioral health, or human services settings preferred.
