Human Resources Generalist

Meadows Homes is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our corporate office team in Cookeville, TN. Full-Time |

Monday-Friday Starting Pay:

$20/hour This position plays an important role in supporting our employees and leadership team through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily HR operations. We are looking for someone professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and personable who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong workplace relationships. Responsibilities Manage recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant communication, phone screenings, and interview scheduling Coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with benefits administration and employee questions Support payroll and attendance tracking processes Help enforce company policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially Assist leadership with training, performance management, and employee development Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws Support company culture and employee engagement initiatives Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as needed Qualifications Previous HR or office administration experience preferred but not necessary.
