Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources Hiring Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Position Summary The Human Resources Hiring Specialist will facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process. This role is responsible for attracting top talent, managing hiring activities, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and high-performing workforce. Advertise job opportunities through company websites, social media, and online job boards. Develop recruitment connections through colleges, community organizations, job fairs, and networking events. Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate applicant documentation, credentials, verifications, and pre-screening assessments in collaboration with hiring managers to determine candidate eligibility for advancement in the hiring process. Facilitate background checks, employment verification, education verification, and reference checks. Coordinate onboarding schedules and new hire activities. Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records. Generate reports related to hiring activity and recruitment metrics. Collaborate with hiring managers to create and revise job postings and recruitment materials. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations. Support additional Human Resources functions as needed. Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience with recruitment platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Competitive Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree in Human Resources or a related field with four (4) years of relevant experience
