Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to support a Contract assignment in Westwood, New Jersey. This role will oversee core HR operations while serving as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on workplace matters. The position focuses on strengthening employee relations, coordinating benefits administration, and improving day-to-day HR processes through effective use of HR systems and onboarding practices.
Responsibilities:
  • Guide managers and employees on workplace concerns, helping resolve issues fairly and in alignment with company policies.
  • Oversee daily human resources administration, including maintaining personnel records, supporting policy execution, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Administer employee benefit programs by coordinating enrollments, answering questions, and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Manage onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth start through timely paperwork, system setup, and orientation support.
  • Maintain and update HRIS data to support reporting accuracy, compliance, and efficient HR operations.
  • Partner with leadership to promote positive employee experiences and reinforce consistent people practices across the organization.
  • Monitor HR processes for compliance with applicable employment regulations and internal standards.
  • Support HR-related operational changes or system updates as needed, including process adjustments tied to business requirements.
