Job Description
job summary: Global manufacturer is targeting an HR Manager for their facility in Newport, Arkansas. This position will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment, payroll/benefits, fostering a culture of safety and inclusion, and serving as a strategic partner to site leadership. Relocation assistance available.
Collaborate with the Site Leader and Plant Management Team to align human resources operations with the facility's production goals.
Maintain effective labor relations by partnering with department supervisors to resolve issues, manage grievances, and mitigate workplace concerns.
Direct the full recruitment lifecycle for hourly and salaried positions to meet 24/7 production demands.
Ensure the facility adheres to all federal, state, and local labor laws while actively promoting a culture of safety and health across all production areas.
