Job Summary:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. 3 to 5 plus years' experience in a general HR role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence to handle sensitive workforce topics. Strong conflict-resolution, decision-making, and critical-thinking capabilities. High proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Company Staffing Oversee the hiring process, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and executing offer packages. Work closely with company leadership on staffing levels to support company goals and objectives. Training Coordinate onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the company culture. Oversee and responsible for the University of Accra-Fab and all training and development programs to ensure organizational goals and needs are met. Ensure that all training is documented and tracked in the LMS to ensure accuracy of records. Benefits Oversee and ensure implementation of all medical related benefit plans. Research new benefit plans that will meet the needs of employees and are cost effective to the organization. Conduct open enrollment ensuring all employees are in compliance. Oversee and ensure implementation of the company's 401K and PTO plans and communicating the value of the benefit plans as a whole. Oversee the performance review and compensation programs. Regulatory and Compliance Develop and maintain the safety program ensuring that safety orientation is completed by all new employees and that all safety trainings are conducted and tracked. Responsible for administration of all Labor and Industries claims working in conjunction with third party administrator. Oversee timely and accurate city, state and federal reporting requirements. Improved Processes and Procedures Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes & procedures Ensure compliance with and follow documented AS9100 requirements Create and update procedures and work instructions Encourage and convey continual rapid improvement throughout the organization
