Highlights of the Human Resources Manager position: Property management company providing services for residential properties from ultra-luxury to affordable housing with an average client relationship of more than 10 years Family-run business that provides full-service property management, accounting and financial services, consulting, marketing, leasing, affordable housing compliance, in-unit repairs, renovations, capital improvement projects and facilities management and maintenance Competitive benefits The Human Resources Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support a 2-person human resources team, reporting to the Director of Human Resources Provide resources to 700+ employees across 175+ sites in the US Manage functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee engagement Partner with site leaders and corporate departments on employee retention, succession planning, and year-end reviews Manage relationships with vendors for company HRIS and outsourced payroll functions Assist with employee onboarding programming and offboarding procedures

Director of Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Proven track record in employee recruitment and retention Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or experience equivalent of +4 years

Salary Range:

$110,000 – 130,000 EB-2789722709
